- Birthday parties: 3-4 weeks for weekends (Saturdays book fastest). Weekdays: 1-2 weeks.
- Corporate events: 2-4 weeks ideal for proper catering coordination.

Pro tip: Book early for your date, finalize guest count and details 48 hours before.
What's included in the deposit and what's your cancellation policy?
Deposits: 25-50% depending on event type and size.
- Cancellations 14+ days out: Typically refunded or applied to future booking.
- Within 14 days: Deposit may be forfeited.
- Within 48 hours: Full charges apply because we've prepped, staffed, and turned away other bookings.
- Weather emergencies: we're reasonable—let's talk. Rescheduling is usually easier than canceling.
Can we bring our own decorations, cake, or outside food?
- Decorations: We provide everything you need for your special event! And YES! This includes decorations!
- Cake: YES for birthday parties—standard inclusion. We provide plates, forks, napkins.
- Outside food beyond cake: No—we have Woody's full menu and catering packages available. Extreme dietary restrictions we can't accommodate: talk to us in advance.
- Outside alcohol: Never permitted (licensing and liability).

Totally fine—happens constantly. Woody's Sports Bar is open to everyone. Non-activity guests can watch sports on massive screens, order from the full menu, socialize while others bowl or play laser tag. Private party rooms work as "home base" too. Mixed-age and mixed-energy groups all find their zone. Example: 50-person corporate event—30 active in tournaments, 20 socializing at Woody's. Everyone leaves happy.
Do you have minimum guest counts or spending requirements?
- Birthday parties: Packages designed for up to 12 guests, with per-person pricing for additional guests. Smaller groups welcome.
