What's included in the deposit and what's your cancellation policy?
Deposits: 25-50% depending on event type and size.
- Cancellations 14+ days out: Typically refunded or applied to future booking.
- Within 14 days: Deposit may be forfeited.
- Within 48 hours: Full charges apply because we've prepped, staffed, and turned away other bookings.
- Weather emergencies: we're reasonable—let's talk. Rescheduling is usually easier than canceling.
Can we bring our own decorations, cake, or outside food?
- Decorations: We provide everything you need for your special event! And YES! This includes decorations!
- Cake: YES for birthday parties—standard inclusion. We provide plates, forks, napkins.
