To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
- Party Duration: All parties are 90 minutes long.
- Outside Food & Drink: We do not permit outside food or beverages, with the exception of a birthday cake.
- Birthday Cake: You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We do not provide them, but we do provide the plates, forks, and napkins!
- Decorations: We provide all the necessary party decorations to make your celebration festive!
- Pricing: All prices include gratuity. Applicable taxes are not included.
How far in advance should we book our event?
For weekend parties, we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and time. For weekday parties, 1-2 weeks is usually sufficient.
What's included in the deposit and what's your cancellation policy?
A deposit of 25-50% is required to secure your event. Cancellations made 14+ days in advance are typically refunded or can be applied to a future booking. The deposit may be forfeited for cancellations within 14 days, and the full amount will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours. Parties and Events that are more than 15min late will forfeit their reservation to avoid running into other guests' planned events.
Can we bring in outside food or alcohol?
We do not permit outside food or beverages. We offer a wide range of catering and bar packages to suit your needs. For those with extreme dietary restrictions, please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.
Is Big Play ATL accessible for people with disabilities or special needs?
- Physical accessibility: Yes—ADA compliant throughout. Wheelchair accessible entrances, restrooms, bowling lanes. Let us know specific needs when booking.
- Sensory considerations: Can be loud and high-energy. Book off-peak (weekday afternoons) for quieter environment. Private party rooms can serve as "quiet zones."
- Special needs: We've successfully hosted many events for children and adults with various needs. Tell us during booking—we'll work with you on timing, space, and modifications.
