1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Big Play Entertainment Georgia LLC, located at 2480 Mount Vernon Road, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338 (the “Sponsor”). For questions regarding this Giveaway, contact: info@bigplayatl.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 General Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals of any age who meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Entrants who are minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Entrants must be legal residents of the United States residing within a fifty (50) mile radius of Dunwoody, Georgia at the time of entry. Winners are responsible for any travel required to claim and redeem prizes.

2.3 Age Restrictions for Specific Prizes

Certain prizes may contain alcoholic beverages or alcohol-related offerings. To claim any prize containing alcohol, the winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of redemption and must provide valid government-issued photo identification proving legal age. Failure to provide such proof will result in forfeiture of the prize.

2.4 Disqualifications

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate. Use of automated entry systems, bots, or any other methods to artificially increase entries is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway consists of fourteen (14) consecutive daily entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the same day. The specific start and end dates for the Giveaway will be announced on Sponsor’s official social media channels.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Entry Requirements

To enter for a specific day’s prize, eligible entrants must complete the following steps during that day’s Entry Period:

1. Follow Sponsor’s Instagram account (@big_play_atl);
2. Tag at least one (1) other Instagram user in the comments of the designated giveaway post; and
3. Post a comment on the designated giveaway post responding to the day’s specific question or prompt.

4.2 Daily Entry

Entrants may enter once per day during each Entry Period. Entrants may win prizes on multiple days throughout the Giveaway period. Each daily entry constitutes a separate entry for that day’s prize.

4.3 Grand Prize Entry

All entries submitted throughout the fourteen (14) day Giveaway period will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. No separate entry is required for the Grand Prize. Entrants who join Sponsor’s Player’s Club loyalty program at any time during the Giveaway period will receive one (1) automatic bonus entry for the Grand Prize drawing.

4.4 Entry Conditions

Entries must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Entries that contain profanity, offensive content, spam, or otherwise violate these Official Rules will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION

5.1 Selection Method

One (1) winner will be selected each day via random drawing from all eligible entries received during that day’s Entry Period. The Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the entire Giveaway period, plus bonus entries from Player’s Club members. Random selection will be conducted using third-party random selection software.

5.2 Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced publicly on Sponsor’s social media channels at approximately 12:00 PM ET the day following their Entry Period. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond according to the claim process outlined in Section 6.

5.3 Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period and, for the Grand Prize, the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway period.

6. PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS

6.1 Notification

Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within twenty-four (24) hours of winner selection. The notification will include a link to an official prize claim form.

6.2 Claim Deadline

Potential winners must complete the prize claim form within forty-eight (48) hours from the conclusion of the Giveaway period. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternate winner will be selected.

6.3 Verification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age (for alcohol-related prizes), and residency. Winners must be the verified owner of the Instagram account used to enter.

6.4 Voucher Issuance

Upon successful verification and completion of the claim form, Sponsor will issue an official prize voucher via email within twenty-four (24) hours. The voucher will contain a unique identification code and redemption instructions.

7. PRIZES

7.1 Prize Description

The Giveaway includes fourteen (14) daily prizes and one (1) Grand Prize. Specific prize descriptions and approximate retail values will be announced on the designated giveaway posts for each Entry Period. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

7.2 Prize Restrictions

Prizes are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the verified winner who presents the official voucher. The person redeeming the prize must be the individual listed on the voucher. Prizes have no cash surrender value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Prizes cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

7.3 Prize Modifications

All prizes consist of goods and services that are part of Sponsor’s regular business operations. Sponsor does not anticipate any need to substitute prizes; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the unlikely event that a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control.

7.4 Winner Responsibilities

Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation to and from Sponsor’s location.

7.5 Specific Prize Terms

The following terms apply to specific prizes offered during the Giveaway:

• Free Beer for a Year: Winner is entitled to one (1) beer per day for a period of one (1) year from the date of first redemption. Unused daily beer allocations do not carry over to subsequent days. Winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and present valid government-issued photo identification at each redemption. Beer selection is subject to availability and determined by Sponsor.
• Free Flatbread for a Year: Winner is entitled to one (1) large flatbread per week for a period of one (1) year from the date of first redemption. Unused weekly flatbread allocations do not carry over to subsequent weeks. Flatbread selection is subject to availability and determined by Sponsor.
• Friends or Family Night Out: Prize includes one (1) hour of bowling with shoe rental for the winner’s party, four (4) games of laser tag, four (4) rounds of mini golf, and four (4) Player’s Cards each loaded with twenty dollars ($20) in gaming credits. Total party size is subject to Sponsor’s standard capacity limits. Prize must be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be split across multiple visits.
• Free Bowling for a Year: Winner is entitled to one (1) hour of bowling per week for a period of one (1) year from the date of first redemption. Each visit includes up to four (4) complimentary shoe rentals. Unused weekly bowling allocations do not roll over to subsequent weeks. Lane availability is subject to Sponsor’s standard booking procedures and may require advance reservation.
• Gold Birthday Party: Winner is entitled to one (1) Gold Birthday Party package as offered by Sponsor. Party must be booked within one (1) year of prize voucher issuance. Specific package details, guest capacity, and included amenities are subject to Sponsor’s then-current Gold Birthday Party offering. Booking is subject to availability and must comply with Sponsor’s standard party booking terms and conditions.
• Friends Night Out: Prize includes bowling for up to twelve (12) people on two (2) lanes for one (1) hour with shoe rental for all participants, plus a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) food and beverage credit. The food and beverage credit must be used during the same visit as the bowling activity and cannot be redeemed separately. Any unused portion of the food and beverage credit will be forfeited. Gratuity is not included and is the responsibility of the winner’s party.

All “for a year” prizes have redemption periods that begin on the date of first use, not the date of prize voucher issuance. Winners must activate their vouchers by making their first redemption within one (1) year of the official opening date, after which the full one-year benefit period will commence.

8. PRIZE REDEMPTION

8.1 Redemption Location

All prizes must be redeemed in person at Big Play ATL’s physical location at 2480 Mount Vernon Road, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338. No prizes will be mailed, shipped, or delivered to winners.

8.2 Redemption Process

To redeem a prize, winners must present their official prize voucher (either printed or displayed on a mobile device) to Sponsor’s staff at the venue. For prizes containing alcohol, winners must also present valid government-issued photo identification proving they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

8.3 Redemption Period

All prize vouchers are valid for redemption for one (1) year from Sponsor’s official opening date. The official opening date will be communicated to winners via email and announced on Sponsor’s social media channels. Prizes not redeemed within the one-year period will be forfeited with no compensation.

8.4 Opening Date Uncertainty

Sponsor’s opening date has not been finalized at the time of this Giveaway. Winners acknowledge and agree that prize redemption is contingent upon Sponsor opening its physical location. The one-year redemption period will begin on the actual opening date, regardless of when that date occurs.

9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By entering the Giveaway, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the irrevocable right and permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Winners who voluntarily provide photos or videos to Sponsor grant Sponsor the right to use such materials for promotional purposes.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

10.1 Information Collected

To claim prizes, winners must provide the following information: full legal name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. This information will be used solely for prize fulfillment and future marketing communications from Sponsor.

10.2 Data Use and Sharing

Sponsor will not sell, rent, or share winners’ personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. By entering the Giveaway and providing contact information, entrants consent to receive promotional emails and communications from Sponsor regarding its services, events, and offers. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email.

10.3 Data Security

Sponsor will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality of personal information collected through the Giveaway. However, Sponsor cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the Internet.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 General Release

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

1. Participation in the Giveaway;
2. The receipt, use, or misuse of any prize;
3. Any injury, damage, or loss to person or property resulting from acceptance or use of any prize;
4. Any technical malfunctions, errors, or problems related to entry;
5. Any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; and
6. Any claims arising from visits to Sponsor’s location for prize redemption.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize. The Released Parties’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize awarded.

11.3 Assumption of Risk

Winners acknowledge that participation in certain activities at Sponsor’s venue may involve inherent risks. Winners voluntarily assume all risks associated with prize redemption and use, including but not limited to risks associated with physical activities such as bowling, laser tag, mini golf, and arcade games.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, or any other social media platform (collectively, the “Platforms”). Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any Platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to any Platform. Entrants hereby release the Platforms from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway. The information entrants provide will be used only as described in these Official Rules and will not be shared with any Platform.

13. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION RIGHTS

13.1 Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, or to modify these Official Rules, at any time for any reason, including but not limited to if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In the event of any such modification, suspension, or termination, Sponsor will provide notice to entrants via its official social media channels.

13.2 Right to Disqualify

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

13.3 Cancellation of Giveaway

If the Giveaway is cancelled for any reason, all unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided to entrants.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

If Sponsor’s venue does not open for business for any reason, including but not limited to construction delays, permitting issues, natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, civil disturbance, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, the entire Giveaway will be cancelled. In such event, all prizes will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no liability to any entrant or winner.

If Sponsor’s opening is delayed but the venue ultimately opens, prize vouchers will remain valid for redemption for one (1) year from the actual opening date, regardless of how long the delay lasts. Winners acknowledge and agree that they have no recourse against Sponsor for delays in opening or the ability to redeem prizes.

15. ACCOUNT AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

15.1 Deleted or Suspended Accounts

If a winner’s Instagram account is deleted, suspended, or becomes inaccessible after winning but before claiming their prize, the winner may contact Sponsor at info@bigplayatl.com with proof of account ownership (such as screenshots, email confirmations, or other documentation) to complete the claim process. Sponsor reserves the right to verify such proof and determine, in its sole discretion, whether sufficient evidence has been provided.

15.2 Fake or Bot Accounts

Entries submitted through fake accounts, bot accounts, or automated systems are strictly prohibited. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a winning entry was submitted through a fake or automated account, the entry will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

15.3 Privacy Settings and Communication Issues

Winners must ensure that their Instagram privacy settings allow Sponsor to send direct messages. If Sponsor is unable to contact a winner via direct message due to privacy settings or other technical issues, the winner may contact Sponsor at info@bigplayatl.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the public winner announcement to complete the claim process.

15.4 Technical Failures

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.

16. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

16.1 Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and entrants hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

16.3 Waiver of Class Actions

Entrants agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16.4 Sponsor’s Decisions Final

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, disqualifications, and interpretation of these Official Rules, are final and binding in all respects.

17. PLAYER’S CLUB BONUS ENTRIES

Entrants who join Sponsor’s Player’s Club loyalty program at any time during the Giveaway period will automatically receive one (1) bonus entry for the Grand Prize drawing. No additional action is required to receive the bonus entry. Bonus entries apply only to the Grand Prize and do not affect daily prize drawings. Enrollment in the Player’s Club is free and can be completed at Sponsor’s website. Retroactive bonus entries will not be awarded for Player’s Club memberships that existed prior to the start of the Giveaway.

18. MULTIPLE WINNERS

An individual may win multiple daily prizes throughout the Giveaway period. An individual who wins a daily prize remains eligible to win the Grand Prize. Winning a daily prize does not reduce an entrant’s chances of winning the Grand Prize.

19. GENERAL CONDITIONS

19.1 Non-Transferability

Prizes are non-transferable. The person claiming and redeeming a prize must be the verified winner to whom the prize voucher was issued. Prizes may not be sold, auctioned, or transferred to any other person.

19.2 No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

19.3 Void Where Prohibited

This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

19.4 Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19.5 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Sponsor. No waiver shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or default.

20. WINNER LIST REQUEST

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Big Play Entertainment Georgia LLC, Attn: Giveaway Winners List, 2480 Mount Vernon Road, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Giveaway.
